Not sure why it's hard to find decent employees for jack n a box, don't know how to take a simple order and even though I was... the only person there made me drive around into the parking lot to wait for my food. For a loooong time. Read more
Wow, I have never been to a Jack in the box this bad. Guy taking our order was so distracted and kept messing it up. We ordered... a large soda and received it warm, flat and with no ice. Had to pull around to the front and wait about 10 minutes for twoburgers. I ended up going inside to check it out and see what happened to the ice. They said the ice machine was broken. I saidI wish I would've know or I wouldn't have ordered a large. Mysteriously one of the workers produced some ice.? Then the foodcame, shame on me for not checking the order, got in the car and started to drive away to find out the order was wrong!. Driveback, went inside again to have it fixed. While waiting, looking around I should've just gotten my money back. The place wasFILTHY. Food and trash everywhere, workers seemed to be cracked out of their minds and completely distracted by everything. Allin all worst fast food experience and I really hope I don't get sick, I have no idea how long those patties had been sitting,but they were not hit when we finally got them, cheese wasn't even melted on the ultimate 'cheeseburger'... This place has gone downhill fast. I'm assuming they can't find a good manager and it shows. The restaurant is always dirty,... they are always out of product, and the food quality is just bad. Took the staff 30mins to get my food together and out while 9 drive threw cars got their orders right away. With only TWO... WORKERS in the whole restaurant I was trying to be understanding but that ended once I realized the girl was making the old manput together ALL the alone while she walked around and ignored others who wore also inside trying to order. I don't see howeither of these places stay open when they can't even hire people who care to actually work. That whole place was being run by asingle old guy who really looked close to 60yrs old I felt bad for him that this young women put the whole responsibility on himbut also wanna give that guy a round of applause for stepping up like he did and handled it all on his own knowing she wasn'tgoing to get anything done on her own. Poor guy deserves a rise or at least manager status after what I saw. Read more
