This Jasons deli is located in Victoria Texas. Stopped in for a Sunday lunch, while traveling. We made it in before the after... church crowd showed up. I had the salad bar, and was very happy with all of the choices on it. Others in our group had salads,soup, and sandwiches. This is another location in Victoria that has some negative reviews that surprise me. Our office used to be in the Heritage Mark... building not far from here, and my colleague and I would eat lunch here often. We never had anything but a pleasant experiencehere. Stopped at the Jason's Deli in Victoria on way home. As is normally the case, had good experience. All 6 of us ordered something... different, and service was quick and food was very good. I will recommend walking the salad bar before you put anything onplate. There was so much I would have eaten had I not overloaded with lettuce and other toppings. I left myself noroom. Brocolli cheddar soup was so good. I asked for a bowl and should have just asked for the cup. Would have been more thanenough. Son got meatball roll and daughter meatballs and pasta. Both looked amazing. Youngest ordered a pepperoni pizza, andwhile they brought cheese...error was quickly corrected. My wife and out guest order manager's special...soup and halfsandwhich. No complaints and empty plates told me all was great. How can you not like the free ice cream cone either! Read more
Food was good - had green chili grilled cheese combo - but they were out of soup! Charged me $25 for a grilled cheese & chicken... salad sandwich and two glasses of tea - then wanted 20% more for a tip! For what? Taking my order? Isn't that your job?
