I ordered a french vanilla cappuccino. I noticed on my receipt while waiting that I was rang up for a mocha cappuccino. I tried... telling the girl 3 times, and all she kept telling me was my drink in on the way. Really getting disappointed with the kiosk ordering system. (4) kiosks and only one in operational order the rest were disabled.... Parking is atrocious if you are not using the drive thru. Can't get in or out of a parking space due to drive thru traffic. NowI remember why I don't go to McDonald's very much. Read more
I've questioned the management several times, it's Always accurate service and correct order 100% regardless of time or day. .... . Prices in app are Above and Beyond with to the moon and back appreciation during pandemic and recession. Thk you forthat!! Employee at drive thru window tried to engage me into an altercation with her even tho I was avoiding her motives and all eye... contact. I ended up having to wrestle my straw from her hand and drive off without my breakfast even tho I had already paid forit because she said that it wasnt ready even tho I had waited long enough for it. We ordered online to dine in. Our order sat at the counter for 20 minutes without anyone letting us know. Our fries and nuggets... all needed to be replaced, but I think all they did was microwave them. My wife went back to the counter 3 times so they wouldget our order correct. Read more
This was the worst experience ever!! I have never ever been to a McDonald?s where management is so unorganized and miss treating... to their employees!! Not to mention how they are yelling like crazy people in front of all the customers!! Totally notacceptable!!! I definitely would not recommend this place!!! Management needs to be FIRED!!!!! Rude workers. Couldn?t get a happy meal right. The only good thing about this McDonald?s was walking out of the door.
