I placed an order online for popcorn shrimp, red beans and rice with a biscuit. I had to go inside to pickup my order since... they don't have parking spots where you can wait for your food to be brought out to you. When I opened my bag, there was nococktail sauce, no utensil for the beans and rice and no napkins. The food might be better than Ronald's but the service islacking in comparison. Read more

Hey you guy & gal.. hey listen up & you listen well these guy care Adam & his co-worker there's guy are ride or die... metaphorically speaking, you won't get customer service any where else. These are hard working individual who won't take no foran answer.... !!!! You give them respect they do the same.this the back Bone of America no matter the cost or position orstatus. Worst customer service ever. I was asking a question in the drive thru and the woman immediately cuts me off and says I can only... order surf and turf through the app. So then I go to ask if I can order it separately and before I can finish, she cuts me offagain and answers what she thought my question was. Finally get to place my order and she is just rude and sighing the entiretime. They were super slow, probably two families dining in and they ask me to pull around to the front so they can bag myorder. Ridiculous. This is the second chance I've given it and this will be the last time for sure. Read more
The meal was horrible ????. The ???? fries were stone cold and the chicken tasted as if was leftover and refined. I strongly... recommend that everyone check their order before driving away. I actually desire a refund but I live quite some distance fromthe restaurant. Read more
Worst ever. Selling combos but the fountain was out, no ice, and iced tea was obviously hot. The dining area had little or no... cool air. I would question the safety of employees as it was too hot. Friendly clerk saves the store, but they should have gavetheir employees the holiday off! Read more
This place has been consistently disgusting every time we have gotten food here. We went the last year without going at all... because it was so awful. Decided to try again and now know that was a mistake. The shrimp was so overcooked that it waspractically just the coating and the shrimp inside had practically cooked down to nothing. The chicken was dry and chewy. Thefries were any empty dry casing of what was once potatoes. This location has some serious management problems and needs to getit fixed soon. It shouldn't be that hard to fry some food. Everything tasted as though it had been cooked twice. Not to mentionthat they always mess up our order. Never again, Popeyes. Never again. Read more
