We had several issues with our visit, though our server and the manager handled it well. The first attempt at getting shrimp... alfredo was a failure - burnt shrimp with burnt-tasting fettuccine. It got replaced no problem. We were missing spoons andtartar sauce for shrimp and had to ask twice for them. I also never received my side dish. The restaurant was nearly empty, soit wasn't an issue of being rushed or chaotic. It seems the Red Lobster and has just fallen off in recent years. Read more

I had not been to a Red Lobster in a few years because, honestly, the one we used to go to had gone down hill. While in... Victoria I decided to give it a try and I am very happy I did. The place was very welcoming the food was very good, and theservice was impeccable. My server, Serena was on top of everything. Red Lobster is always been a good seafood restaurant. This location. Was good as well. Lily our server was very attentive and... friendly. The food was really good and fast service on getting it. It may not be the same as a seafood restaurant that may bemore of a fresh catch, but still good food. Atmosphere was nice too. Prices are to be expected as with any seafood restaurant. Read more
Well, Aubrey was an AWESOME and very attentive waitress! Very informative on the menu options for my elderly parents who do not... go out much. Our meals were EXCELLENT, to say the least! Had a business dinner here a week ago food was excellent, our server was lilly who suggested the coconut shrimp appetizer was... the best I have had, restraunt was very clean. our food was fresh and hot when it got to our table. our server was friendly andvery helpful with our selections. We came to celebrate my Daddy’s 70 birthday at our Victoria, Tx location. From when we got in, Jessica gave us the BEST... service we have had at ANY local restaurant by far! She recommended Brussel sprouts to us and no one in the family eats them -they were FANTASTIC and we will definitely order them again. She kept our drinks and biscuits full while we waited for ourdinner to come out. She let us know that there were a few calls in this evening and they couldn’t sing “Happy Birthday” tomy Daddy but she brought him the most delicious brownie and ice cream dessert to end our night. Aubrey the manager came up tocheck on us as well and took a family photo for us. We will definitely be coming back to eat here and definitely ask for Jessicato be our waitress.
