I've ordered twice on the app, and both times they forgot to put stuff in my order. First time I made it back to work before I... noticed, second time I mentioned it and the guy working there said he needed to check the receipt first. No meatballs for the 3rd time. Gave me a very small scoops of chicken and when I asked why told me a new girl had given over 1lb... of extra chicken away by over scooping so they were trying to make up for it! How was that my fault? And why punish me for it byunder serving me? I PAID for an extra scoop of chicken just to cover the bread. My last Subway trip for a long time no doubt. Read more
