The floors were wet and slippery, the tables weren?t clean, the fries were not fresh and not crispy, my wife?s chicken burger... and my hamburger appeared to be re-heated. I?ve eaten at other locations and have not had this type of experience. Read more
Ok people, tell me why all darn day and when it's 9:00pm they don't have the Strawberry Frostie ready and have to make it and... have customers waiting and it's going on 30 minutes wait! And finally delivers to our waiting area and we had ordered 2 andcomes with one. Also I had called to find out what was taking so long and the girls says, I told you it would be awhile. Was in drive through line for 30 mins. One person in front and that person was waiting a while. never placed my order I left.
Does NOT open at said time. Only.kids working there, management needs to be able to slap the employees. 1 kid told the manager... NO while I was there. Kid wouldn't have a head left if I was manager. The manager Natasha was extremely rude and not helpful. She stated that I could not get my money back from the chili that I... ordered, they already threw it away. She would not issue me my money back so I?m going home without my food that I paid for.Also this lady did not have her hair up, was not wearing gloves, did not wash her hands, and she was using her phone.
