The young lady that served us was learning her position at the front counter but she was polite and kind and knows what good... customer service is all about. The rest of our visit was absolutely abhorring. The food was cold even though we asked forfresh fries and that we would wait for the fresh chicken strips everything was cold and old. The other people working there werebusy talking negatively about the couple in the drive-through. Many rude and inappropriate comments could easily be heard in thedining room where my 5 year old son an father-in-law were sitting. Not a good experience. Read more

The customer service was amazing I couldn't complain about it even if I was paid to. The food was awesome as well nothing was... made incorrectly which was amazing the only downside to any of it was no spicy ketchup but that's fine by me it happens. Read more
I don't expect a lot from fast food places but this place is a joke. We ordered our food in the drive thru and they asked us to... pull up front to wait, totally normal for any Whataburger. And we waited. Others came and went and we waited more. Then anemployee comes over to the vehicle and asks us what we ordered. They had no idea. Still waited and waited and finally! Here theycome with the food! And it was all cold. It had been sitting there ready the whole time. Also got part of the order wrong. Got the two chili cheese burgers (new), one with onions and one without, and a kids meal. They took forever to bring out the... food. Then I ended up with one burger without onions and the other one with absolutely no chilli. Just Fritos on a burger. Theyalso forgot my son's apple slices. Read more
Food is always fresh even if they are having a rush you will get fresh hot food ????
I love the culture of this Whataburger! Service was fantastic! Restroom could have used a couple touch ups.
