Wonderful experience. Bring eyeglasses. Very dim lighting. Food was great, service better.
So I ordered the 8oz steak with mash potatoes and broccoli. The steak was okay but it was not cooked to my liking. The mashed... potatoes were too creamy but the broccoli was okay. The server were nice and helpful but it's unfortunate that the way they hadus seated was not good for socializing with your friends and family. I would probably not go back there for a bday celebrationbut it would be okay for a group 2 to 4 people. Read more
I sat at bar, so experienced might vary. The bartender was making jokes, ensuring I was never thirsty. Have Happy hour... specials from 3-6pm. My food took a little long, so the bartender went and grabbed it for me, kudos for them. Read more
The place was alright, the rib eye steak was just fine… it just wasn’t right, won’t compete with a proper steak house, we... were missing stuff since a fight happened between some customers and the staff but I understand, things happen. But the foodwasn’t that good, the service wasn’t bad but no one was there either because of the fight, they are quite friendly, fast andthe cocktails are pretty nice. It is a nice establishment in Victorville! It is located at the entrance of High Desert, in Dunia Plaza. I have been here... several times. It would be on weekends, when I would visit my relatives, who live in High Desert. The meals were alwaysdelicious. At the same time, they were not on the expensive side. Furthermore, the cocktails were well prepared. The prices,too, were not on the expensive side. It was for both, meals and cocktails. The staff, working in this establishment, werehelpful, friendly, courteous, and attentive. The place looked, during my visits, well-maintained. Of course, there is a waitperiod, to get seated at the tables. However, bar is open seating. So, I would recommend anyone, who visits High Desert, to stopby this Applebee's establishment! Read more
5 stars for the service. 3 for the food. The two bartenders were amazing and attentive. Friendly but not annoying if you know... what I mean. Had the Quesadilla Burger and it was good. Just a I remembered. Forgot it was on the menu honestly. The fries werecold and mushy but my expectations weren't high for a chain restaurant. Still a good visit nonetheless. Read more
Service was slow but it was a Friday night so I'd recommend going on a weekday or for lunch. The 2 for $22 deal is great but... make sure you order the apps as part of the deal because they won't let you include them in the deal is not mentioned ahead oftime. Had a great meal. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the Blackened Cajun Salmon. Very tastey and satisfying.... Plus low in calories if your counting. Read more
