They always take long in the drive through but I understand it is a busy location. I went inside to avoid that because I was on... my lunch break. They did get my order wrong but they let me keep a Double Dell. Knowhow fast food and retail work so I didn'tding them that much plus they had great customer service. Read more
me and my sister came today and they got our order wrong like 5 times.. we ordered a DELUXE chili cheese fry with the chili on... the side and the guy that we ordered from repeated our whole order to us so we know what we ordered.. anyways when our ordercame 1. the chili was not on the side and it wasn?t even a deluxe one. (this has happened before.) 2. we ordered two milkshakesand both were melted because we were waiting like 25 minutes for our food. we told them and when we got them back they werestill melted. 3. we ordered a kids meal with a medium fry and they gave us a small (this has happened before). 4. they didn?teven give my mom the right burrito (we found out when we got home). 5. they took like 5 hundred years and we didn?t even orderthat much food. plus do they not read the order before they make it?? they just look for the first couple words without evenchecking the rest of the order. super disappointing.. It all depends on what time you go sometimes I getting nasty sometimes nice customer service. I know this they have messed... up my order more than I can count on one hand. And if you PAY extra you might as well leave it as the way it was supposed to bemade because you won't see it. Read more

Barbara is the store manager and she is the sweetest lady. She's always cheery and has a pleasant attitude. I visited in the... evening and ordered the Del Taco's and they truly DO PACK the tacos and dining room is always clean. Read more
I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before the manager acknowledged me, asking if I had been helped yet. When I said no, he... told another employee to take my order... Then she made me wait another 5 minutes! Then she got my order wrong!! It was such aMESS when it was given to me, I almost told them to remake it!!! People going to sit down made the manager wipe off their tableand, he only did the one tablr!! Lastly, I was approached and insulted by some homeless man and it wasn't the manager who saidsomething, it was the people from tje other table I mentioned before...
