This Jack in a box is above average. The food is made really fast and the line is normally full but the line goes by really fast... they are normally really nice and they have security (For some reason) so its really safe. Read more
My experience at this jack in the box in Victorville CA on Mojave drive was horrible I decided to go through drive I ordered two... croissant sandwiches for 6$ the bread was was burnt on both sandwiches. The tacos tasted like they were reheated. I called thestore and asked for the general managers name so I can speak to them about the terrible service and the associate who answeredrefused to give me the name of the manager as well as hers and also wouldn't give me corporates number. Rude. It?s a 24/7 spot and they closed it when it clearly says 24/7. Blocked drive thru with trash can with no sign saying... closed. Thought some homeless person did it.Female employee came out screaming?. They were just being lazy you can see the sillstaff in there doing nothing. I gotta #6 and my Wife got some Chicken Strips and her Chicken Strips was 1/2 cooked. U was able 2 still see tha batter in da... 1/2 cooked Strips (all of'em) and my fries was still White basically...???????? Took'em back & AGAIN!!! I am so disheartened that Jack in the Box has to charge 22 cents per dipping sauce. Really Jack in the Box? Really?? I... haven't been to Jack in the Box in quite a while and because of how they are not willing to help people enjoy their food bygiving them an extra sauce or 2, I won't be back for a long time. The owner of Ferrell's Ice Cream/ Restaurants said years ago,"Just give 'em the pickle." He said to charge someone for an extra pickle is not the customer service that will make peoplewant to come back again and again. When an employee drops the sauce and it falls to the floor and opens, is he charged 22cents for each one that broke open?? I'm really baffled at this! I went ahead and paid a dollar for 3 extra sauce and told thegirl to just give me the sauces. But instead, she was soooo concerned about playing with the register and getting me change anda receipt when all I wanted was the sauces and to get my handicapped mom her lunch. When someone says "I'm not worried aboutthat, just give me the sauces" please just give them the sauces. And for my change, please use it for the next person that asksfor extra sauce. Dining in was not that pleasant, a homeless guy asking for something inside, getting soda in a water cup, making a mess. Very... messy, tables are either tagged on or dirty. The staff is very nice though, just clean it up please. Read more
