The food is always okay but over the last 6 months that I've gone to this jack, the service just gets ever so slightly worse.... Most workers lately havent been friendly, theyve forgotten to pack multiple items in different orders, and they're basicallyincompetent. Today i went and asked for 2 meals, they read it back to me perfectly. Got to the window and they put down thewrong order n didnt make my order as requested. The energy and overall service to this place is going downhill. I couldunderstand if they were in rushes but each time i went, it was never busy. Read more
I don't know why some places have such unfriendly people. But this place does. Customer service is the minimum that is done.... People need to step it up and do the job correctly. Be nice, smile and act like you like your job. At least you have one. Foodwas great but they missed the item I ordered. Read more
I think Jack in The Box has a pretty good variety for fast food. I have to say, if you haven't tried their egg rolls, you are... missing out! They have the best egg rolls ever! I usually get them with the teriyaki sauce. Read more
