As a walk-in customer to this very busy Jimmy John?s location for over 3 years I can attest to their professionalism, care of... preparation of your food, their friendliness, and their quality of food/drink! The owner is also there almost every time I comein which means so much to me! He is energetic and runs a tight ship! They greet you with enthusiasm and truly care about yourorder. Treat people with respect always and you?ll be amazed at the result! I am seeing a lot of negativity with other reviewsand I have never had any issue with the food or the employees. 1st of all let me say I love Jimmy John's it says it saddens me this particular Jimmy John's on Bear Valley in Victorville was... so disappointing, I regretted driving extra distance when I would have done better at Subway. My roll was hard and very chewy broken in 3 to 4 pieces very little lettuce on my sandwich and I asked for extra mayonnaise I have to search even try to findit. Read more

This specific Jimmy John's restaurant is the absolute WORST there is. I literally live two blocks from them. But I have a leg... cast right now and can't walk. Every time I order from them it takes WELL over an hour to get my cold sandwich delivered. Used to be a lot better. Now they can't get orders right, especially for customizations. The last 2 times we've ordered its been... wrong and we had it delivered so we didn't realize until after the fact. Read more
Customer service awesome. I had my 79 year dad with me and they took their time with him and offering him alternate selection. ... We had the unsandwich it is a must try. You feell full without feeling heavy. No bread involved. I dare you to try it once. Read more

Worker's are terrible , food the same . They're advertising is not real .
