They actually gave extra sauces without a fuss!! That's a 5 star experience all in itself!! Quiet and Clean! The women's... bathroom has a kind of foul smell though. This McDonald's is always packed, hence the score. They are understaffed, the inside looks like a tornado hit it, every time I... go inside, slow service- up to 15minute wait. Unorganized staff, always missing food or giving out the wrong food, sauces arenever in the bag. I frequent this one because it's next to my job but if there was another nearby, I'd never come here again. Read more

I have zero idea why they don't at least ask if it's okay or not yo fill the smoothie all the way, I don't expect it to hit the... lid, but I don't want to pay 5 bucks for a large if i'm getting a quarter of nothing. Disappointing, a lot of McDonald's dothat. Read more

I'm fairly certain that McDonald's does not want customers to go inside anymore. I have had similar experiences recently at two... different McDonald's. No one at the counter, no condiments or napkins available without asking from the no one at the counter,self serve soda fountain not working, unpleasant employees once one does finally come to the counter to help.
