Hands down the worst McDonald?s I?ve been to. I get hating your job and being miserable but boy does this spot take it to the... extreme. Bad service the lady on the drive thru had us waiting there for more than 5 minutes.did not even apologize for making us wait.... Was laughing while taking our order. Got my ice cream cones in a cup because she said it was coming out soft. Thru could of letus know to get something else. Really bad customer service. Management please be on top of your employees. Bring back the $1.00 menu. Being retired and wanting to treat grandkids & some of their friends a couple cheese burgers and... small frys shouldn't have been a total of: $46.75, no sodas or ice cream......just plain cheese burgers & fry's, taste honestlydidn't equal the cost. Read more
Whoever was working this morning 8/30/22 they need to have the same people working all other shifts too. Use this crew to set an... example for the rest of the workers here. We went drive thru and from the order speaker all the way to receiving our food was 5minutes or less, and the order was complete and correct! I wish it was like this everytime. This place was busy in the drive-thru not inside. The cashier unfortunately didn't have a clue to the specials that they are... running at the moment. The lady before me was ordering and the guy wasn't really customer service material. He wasn't reallyknowledgeable nor try and help the lady. I had answered her question that she asked to him since she was older and needed alittle kindness. My food that I ordered was prepared properly. The sandwich was thrown together and the fries tasted as the oilneeded to be changed and they were cold. I've worked for mc donalds at 1 point in my life and we always honored the customerwith grace and appreciation that they even decided to spend their money with us. As a restaurant team and management you shouldalways have the employees updated on the specials and teach them how to have kindness with a customer that is in need. I live 6 min from this McDonald's and as soon as I got home I opened my food. You should never have to microwave your food after... purchasing this quick but I did. One of the cheeseburger wrappers had a pigeon feather on it. That's gross. I gave this placeanother chance which I shouldn't have because the last time I was here I purchased fries and they were old, stale, and had adead bug in them (I have pictures). McDonald's needs to step up. Read more
It was great. The restaurant was clean and the food was hot cooked to order. The employees were kind and professional.
