We went here in order to have a good dining experience and needless to say, it was a good experience for us. Our server Stormie... wasn't as attentive as we liked her to be, often gone much longer than expected. We didn't get any water refills. I had to askother people on the floor for things we needed since she wasn't on the floor most of the time. My food was good but my ladyfriend's food was a bit on the dry side with her protein portions. She did have a positive personality at least but I wished shecould have been more focused on us with her other tables she had in her section. The food took much longer than expected andwas hoping she could have brought out the kid's meals asap after all, it was just a grilled cheese sandwich with fruit. Update: I had submitted a complaint online and the manager called me the next day. He was very apologetic and offered me a meal... for 4 to compensate for the bad experience. I appreciate the quick follow up and have updated my review from one star tothree. This was my first time placing an order for pickup and I don't think I would ever return. For the price that I paid, Iwas disappointed. To go fries were minimal, one of my steaks were burnt, kiwi strawberry lemonade I ordered looked nothing likethe pictures or the description, and I ordered two to go alcoholic drinks that were supposed to be for two each and one of themwas only halfway filled. Overall the restaurant looked good and clean, the server was very nice and got us everything we needed. However, we were seated... at 2:30 in the afternoon and it took a little over a full hour to receive our main course. By that time, I was full from salad,bread, and appetizers so I took my chicken sandwich to go. When I ate my sandwich...the chicken filet was so thin it almostlooked like a slice of cheese. (See attached picture) I give this place a 2 because it took way too long to get the food, andgetting half of a half of a chicken breast just isn't good business practice. Read more
