Overall very bad pizza and manager service. We waited over 2 hours for him to call us back and he didn't so I had to re call... him. Then to get one of the burnt pizza replaced I had to return the bad pizza to get 1 cooked the correct way. We ordered 3pizzas . So we had to go back through the drive twice. Place had no ice and no fountain drinks available, few tables and chairs to sit down. Pizza Hut is not what it use to be sadly.
Order was delivered incomplete. I called the number to speak to a representative. Was hung up on during phone transfer. I called... back 3 more times and explained I was dropped on the call. All 3 times (for a total of 4) I was hung up on. Basically I paid forfood I never received. The staff was rude. And if I wanted something done about it I would have to waste my time driving to thestore and back. This is not an isolated incident as the same thing happened when we were at a friend's house 40 miles away. Thephone number to the stores both when called say disconnected. I might also mention that you pay for the food and tip the staffduring the order process. (Tipping is earned) I paid the tip gladly but then received horrible service. The pizzas weren't made in the best possible way. They tasted fine but the toppings weren't consistent. It's unfortunate that... this Pizza Hut is in an inconvenient location. They need to make a more accessible Pizza Hut near the 395. Read more
Update: I emailed the head office as instructed and waited 6 days. Finally got a call from ?Hernandez Tapia? Area... manager. Original: Worst place to order pizza. Never order online. Manager is rude. Extremely poor customer service. Read more
Just ordered a early dinner and pizza came hot! The only thing they didn?t have was the soda. That?s all right I drank water... with my pizza. The delivery guy was super nice and I will definitely order again. Read more
I would give no stars. I had wood baked on the pizza and when I called they were rude. I wasn?t even asking for a replacement or... refund just wanted to warn them before someone else got the same and was hurt. Poor customer service. Read more
