Wasn?t feeling to good so decided to grab a medicine ball tea, girls decided to tag along (and give me a headache) Too make a... long story short I just wanted to give a shout out to the girl at the drive thru window she was very kind and sweet. Came at around 11:30 ish and Ordered a matcha for my girlfriend. When I got the drink it was still chunky so I asked the drive... thru lady if I could have it blended more. She gave me an attitude. Tasted really bad. Paid $5 for that. The service needs to beimproved and some of the ladies there need an attitude check. Read more
The staff ? they were so nice and said that if I didn't like the way it tasted they would do it over again and before a staff... member left she said bye. Wasn't too thrilled with the service, here. The person taking our order was awkward and then we waited longer than expected for... our drinks. Finally I got up and told them we have to go and they said the drinks were done and they had been calling us. Shemust have been whispering our name, bc we're, basically, the only customer in there and sat there the whole time. It felt likethe whole staff didn't want to be there. Drinks were fine. Read more

Terrible experience at their drive thru. They gave me attitude when ordering. Made my drink wrong told them since I've been... getting the same drink for the last 5 years I know how it's supposed to taste when made correctly. And they did not want to takeit back to fix it. When they are out of somthing the should post at the end of the line not on sign where you order people dont like to wast there... time , and dont think I am going order somthing else because you dont have what I want it's very inconsiderate to make waitline for nothing !!! Read more
