The baristas are all friendly and I like the staff however they don't watch the drinks carefully enough and I've had people take... my drinks before and they've had to remake them. I mean awesome they're willing to do that but that takes more time andresources to do so. Read more

Meh... Drive thru was ridiculous, barista was rude and my order SUCKS! And I ordered on the app!! I called to complain and NEVER... got a call back! My "frappuccino" is watered down and full of foam! It wasn't even cold! My WARM pastry was luke warm and theNOT WARMED pastry was melted because they were bagged TOGETHER! You can't go in they only have mobile orders or drive thru. Staff seems to act entitled, happy to dismiss you but they are busy... and handling a lot of orders, maybe understaffed? Ordered twice received lukewarm coffee both times seemed inconvenienced thatI asked for a hot coffee. Read more
