My daughter placed an order around 1 pm today 7/6/22 via Doordash and she said we're going to pick it up. Around 1.20pm the... doordash message my daughter that the order is ready to pick up. We went at the said location. After 5 mins my daughter was notable to to get the food and the staff said she had to wait for about 7 mins. She waited but the food is not yet ready. I wentinside and asked the staff if the food is ready and told me that he just pulled out the chicken and has to grill it. I wouldunderstand if there's a lot of people inside ordering but no customer inside placing an order. I told the staff to cancel it. Idon't know what the staff are doing inside. Terrible experience. I work near by this location I?ve tried ordering 4 times at this location I take lunch at 9:30 I am only 2 mins from this... location and every time I have went they are out of chicken and streak or one time this was my favorite the guy tells me that isin his street clothes that they closed early because they did deep cleaning bahhahah yeah sure.
