My daughter placed an order around 1 pm today 7/6/22 via Doordash and she said we're going to pick it up. Around 1.20pm the... doordash message my daughter that the order is ready to pick up. We went at the said location. After 5 mins my daughter was notable to to get the food and the staff said she had to wait for about 7 mins. She waited but the food is not yet ready. I wentinside and asked the staff if the food is ready and told me that he just pulled out the chicken and has to grill it. I wouldunderstand if there's a lot of people inside ordering but no customer inside placing an order. I told the staff to cancel it. Idon't know what the staff are doing inside. Terrible experience. I work near by this location I?ve tried ordering 4 times at this location I take lunch at 9:30 I am only 2 mins from this... location and every time I have went they are out of chicken and streak or one time this was my favorite the guy tells me that isin his street clothes that they closed early because they did deep cleaning bahhahah yeah sure. every time i come here the service sucks. When I came in both workers were just sitting in the lobby hanging out, and neither of... them were in uniform. they clearly hadn?t been working because i had to order a couple times: they either told me they were outof something or it would take a while because it hadn?t been prepped. my bowl had more avocado than chicken, and he didn?t eventake the time to slice the avocado. Ordered the spicy Asian salad....it clearly shows i would get edemame and kimchi, cilantro, tomatoes carrots with a spicy sesame... dressing and wonton strips.... but that is NOT WHAT I RECEIVED..... I even questioned the guy who gave me my order and he said,yeah the menu on the app is deceiving...... REALLY?? Also I ordered on the app an hour in advance and still had to wait... I placed an online order and had someone pick it up for me because I was at work. When I got my order, the order was missing... avocado. I called to let them know it was missing and let them I couldn?t come in nevar because I was at work. I was not offereda refund for the missing item, the person on the one didn?t know English and hung up on me. Though I?m sure the food is fine,the service here sucks and I will not be coming back.
