Went through the drive through, the service was very slow so I parked and went inside instead. I was ignored by the manager (Tee... Tee or TT) she and two other employees were talking as if there was no one there. Talking loud laughing and some profanity wasused while talking but not directed to me. I stood there waiting to order,I was ignored so I left without ordering anythingfrom this place. They are rude very unprofessional slow service or no service. The manger had the audacity to give me a crazylook, said something to the other two employees, they chuckled as I walked out. These people need to be retrained or replaced. Customer service and courtesy is not what you get at this location. This was not the first time this has happened, It happenedin June of 2022 and I overlooked it because my grandchildren were with me and they wanted to eat there. So, I never eat here and I probably won't come again anytime soon. Drive-thru wait was 25 minutes at 5pm. They did let me use 2... coupons and the food was good for the value of the coupon but the wait wasn't worth it. If I go back, I'd try another location. Read more
