Service was excellent. We have not been to a Marco since we left Augusta Georgia. To me and my husband this is some of the best... pizza we have had in a very long time. The service was good and very prompt. It was clean including the restroom and the staffwas very professional. We were not sure if the service and the food would be good because of all the bad reviews but you allmust have made some changes cuz today everything was great. Read more

Ordered extra cheeses. Was told it was on the bottom. Nope no cheese at all
Over charged me for pizza, pizza was cold and the boy was rude! Then charged me 2 delivery fees. Not to mention I ordered at... 830pm est delivery was 9pm then at 9 it went to 10pm. Do better cuz I really liked the thin crust better than pizza hut *edit* Itried calling 945pm and it rang and rang then someone answered and hung up. Part of my order was delivered, driver left off a couple of items, called the store said they would have it out soon, 30 minutes... later still not received it, called the store again manager said it was not worth sending a driver out!!! Yeah it was 2 smallitems but it's not my fault you didn't check the order before you delivered it. I told them it was there error and they need tofix it. employee said he would get it out to me well ..... It's been over a hour now still not delivered AWFUL manager on dutyvery rude. Never again!!!! This has to be the worst pizza place that I have ever been to & I will not be going back. Yesterday I ordered a large meat... lovers & a large 2 topping pizza. I can understand that the store did not have any Italian sausage but after I made my orderonline someone should have called me & said that they did not have any Italian sausage, you don?t just substitute Italiansausage for some dam CHICKEN!!!! Convenient place, great staff. The app can use a little work but thats not the restaurant's fault. That's corporate IT. I will... not rate it lower because of choice of app by corporate. Other than that the pizza is great. And I'm from NY!!! Will keepcoming here. Read more
