This is a Large? As much as I like going to McDonald's everytime I go to this one they either get my order wrong or they forget... something or the food is cold. Unfortunately for them I've been writing reviews for sometime now and this place is no acception.For the most part the staff and management are really nice however they definitely can improve on the food. Also if the scheduletime of operations is until 1am then that is when they need to close not an hour or even 30 minutes before this is unacceptableif your online website reads open until 1 am then that is when you should close. Sat in line last night waited 30 minutes to getto the order screen only to be greeted by an automatic response saying they were closed. This restaurant needs to do betterseriously!! Read more
It was ok. I only had cash I forgot my card so I couldn't use the kiosk, the cashier was rude and couldn't be bothered with me.... The food was ok . Now I remember why I don't eat there often. Read more
It's McDonald's, so there's that. But the people that work morning shift are good at what they do. If you pull up and the line... starts in the street, it should impress you that you still get your food ordered and handed over within 15 minutes. Realisticexpectations win the day. Read more
Food is consistently hot and delicious. My go to favs are the egg McMuffin meal and the Big Mac meal. Also their McFlurrys are... really good!! Usually i door dash or go through the drive thru but today I ate inside for the first time and was disappointedat the non existent customer service. The employees do not greet you and ignore you if you come up to the counter. There is nocordial ?have a nice day? or ?enjoy your food?. They just basically hand you your food like you?re annoying them, which wasdisappointing. The restaurant did appear to be pretty clean though and the employee working the seating area was friendly. Imay just continue to door dash my fav breakfast items from time to time and refrain from going inside as I?m not a fan of poorand rude service. I certainly don?t need or want anyone to fall over themselves catering to me but it does seem like basicfriendly customer service is a thing of the past in some establishments unfortunately. Food was good when we finally got it. Ordered on app and waited over 30 minutes curbside. My son finally went in and the staff... was rude and he was told he would just have to wait. When the young lady finally brought our food out she took it to the wrongcar even though the number was clearly posted on the bag and parking place. My son saw what looked like outer order and got herattention. This is our third try in a year since moving here different times of the day and we tried again because we love thefood but will not visit again unless we have lots of time to waste. We went thru the drive thru to get lunch and tried to order a burger and fries off the digital (lunch) menu. We were told with... an attitude that we couldn?t order lunch cause it was still breakfast. We kindly replied that the lunch menu was up and that itwas past 11:00am. She never came back to take our order and made us wait. We ended up leaving. Read more
We ordered a really simple order. Vanilla ice cream in a cup and some chocolate chip cookies. It took the boy about 5 minutes to... bring our change back because he completely forgot he owed us change. He was caught up talking and we literally had to flag downa girl to go get him. He apologized and said that he had forgot. When we got to the window the manager was up front and we letthe girl know that we ordered ice cream in a cup. Not the cup that's pictured but one of those little clear plastic cups. So Ithink the girl was going to change it to that, but when the manager came over she literally handed the girl a small cup and putthe ice cream in it. She looked at us and said is this okay as she forced it into my mother's hand. Then she grabbed these coldhard cookies and gave them to us. I've had better service here before but today was not one of those days. Unfortunately, forthem I just started leaving reviews and they caught the worst end of the stick.
