It wasn't even worth a 1 star ! Placed a order online to be picked up at a certain time an when I got it I could tell it sat in... the warmer way to long ! Was going to complain but the Manager seem to be to busy on his phone to even acknowledge me so thatwill be my last order of pizza from them ! Read more

We have recently moved to the area and have been three times to this Pizza Hut. The food is tasty hot and accurate and the... curbside customer service was excellent. Tim took my payment when it would not go through online and was very patient andpleasant! I have been in customer service for over 50 years and this location always goes above and beyond in that area! ThanksTim and the rest of the staff that made our pizza, pasta, and dessert yesterday! I ordered curbside pickup, got there 10 mins early and checked in that I was there and after 20 mins passed I went inside to see... what the hold up was. 2 employees were cleaning up in the lobby and having a personal conversation while my pizza sat in thebox ready in the cabinet. Her excuse was we were busy. Not a single customer there but me. Not good customer service, mypizza was good but the customer service I received will make me think twice before ordering there again. Jennifer (one of the managers) was so helpful with getting my order processed correctly. I had made an order online and I... couldn?t figure out what was done wrong.. turns out I placed it as a future order. I had my food and was out of there in under15 mins!
