Went to drive thru at 10:15 am. No one ever spoke through intercom, so we drove around to window. Two ladies were inside... working; both looked at us, but neither acknowledged us, indicated they would be with us shortly, that drive thru was closed,nothing. Jist completely ignored us like we were invisible. No sign anywhere saying anything was out of order or anythingwrong. We went down the street where we got great, friendly service from a competitor. Seems there are conditioner has been out most of the summer so restaurant is VERY HOT. Employees RARELY acknowledge you. I've... only seen 1 member of management move like there is a fire. Allie is the bomb. Making orders and double checking to make sureit's correct. Read more
Food was hot and good like a typical Popeyes. The staff was not very friendly, almost like they were sleep walking. Another... customer mentioned their lack of friendliness. Something to work on, it would be nice to be greeted with some good olefashioned Southern Hospitality when you're forking over $40 for chicken. Read more

Place was busy. I ordered online and came in to pick up my order. They had not started on it so I waited in the dining room. ... They brought my order to me after almost 10 minutes of waiting. The order was accurate and well packed with napkins, utensilsand packets of honey (which were sticky of course!). The food was hot and delicious. Read more
Customer service is awful: I came to this Popeyes at noon on a Wednesday. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and waited for my... meal, 3 other people came in after me and ordered the exact same thing. All 3 of those people were served first, and I waitedaround 15 minutes for my order. Not to mention the people who were given their food first were not given their pies, I know thisbecause the guys in the back were talking about it. Needless to say the customer service here is typical of a Popeyesrestaurant. The food is good: The food I ordered was very good. The chicken sandwich is a must have highly recommended, justdon't get it from this Popeyes. Read more
It takes them 25 minutes for them to even take your order and if you ask for any condiments they give you an attitude
