Unenthusiastic served. Restaurant was not busy at 1:30. Took a while to place our order for drink. We gave our menu order at the... same time. Water came out with no lemon. I asked again for my lemon and was told she would Have to go cut up a lemon ???????????- never did get my lemon Very expensive rib eye & 1/2 a slab of ribs. I asked for the baked sweet potato with extra butter.Enjoyed a good a good salad bar. Was about to go back for more when our food finally arrived. Mine was rare, my friends, well.We thought the knives were really really dull. Nope the steak was just that tuff ????. Nothing on the plate was warm, much lesshot. A scoop of sour cream in our potatoes, no butter. I mentioned mine was suppose to be a baked sweet potato? a look ofsurprise brought out ?Oh, we sold out?. Asked again for extra butter & my lemon for my water. Good while later we were broughtout butter & sour cream? at that time there was no way the butter would melt in the potato and I said so. Still no lemon. Shesaid she?d bring me another potato. We both told her the steaks were not tender at all. She shrugged and mentioned they had anew supplier. She said the sirloins were more tender. My friend was going to order a plate to take home to her husband, asked ifthe sirloin really was more tender? she shrugged and said she didn?t eat steak so she really couldn?t say. She cancelled thetake home order. The ribs were very tender & tasty even at room temperature. I always tip 20% or more based on service & concernfor our meal. With so many Ruby Tuesdays closing, Vidalia has the opportunity to stand out as a great example of what a reallygood restaurant Ruby Tuesday use to be years ago. This restaurant was a disappointment. We ate a late lunch (around 1:45PM) and were immediately seated. There were 3-4 other... tables w/ 2-5 at each table, I don't think anyone came in after us (at least, not before our food was served). Our food wasvery good (hot, freshly cooked, tasty) but it took 30 minutes to get it. Our waitress did a bad job, although the other staffdid try to compensate for her poor performance. Read more

This is the second time in six months that I?ve been here and the service was horrible. I?ll comment only on this visit. We were... seated and then nothing. No one took a drink order no one even acknowledged our presence for twenty minutes.(not exaggerating)we were the only table that had no drinks or anything and yet the staff kept passing by without so much as a head nod.Eventually we got tired of waiting and went to the Mexican restaurant El Centenario. Ruby Tuesday overall is a shell of what it once was. This particular location was the best option for my family on the spur of... the moment, but we wish we had went elsewhere. The restaurant was fairly clean, so we were not disgusted, but the food was justplainly disappointing. Overcooked chicken strips, sloppy grilled zucchini, underwhelming salmon?etc. Clearly, if you want goodfood, you will probably want to go somewhere else. Read more

The front end staff member was very nice and friendly. Upon arrival we were told that they were behind and short staffed so... that even once we were sat at a table it would take about 30 mins to get our server to our table. We were ok with that and sothey sat us. The server was also nice and friendly she took are drink order and came back promptly. Then she took out food orderand it did take a whlie but the food tasted really good. It actually exceeded my expectations. The salad bar has a plasticglove policy which they provide so you can grab the tongs with it and select your items. I thought that was a great idea.Overall good visit Read more

I am from out of town but used to frequent this restaurant a lot but it's been about a year since I was here last . However, my... last visit was extremely disappointing. Floors were dirty, upholstery on furniture was ripped, and bartender was doing her bestto keep up but couldn't quite pull it off. Each new customer was greeted by" call in or dining in? if you're dining in, it'sgonna be awhile before I get to you". Food was flavorless and staff was slow. Vidalia Ruby Tuesday you can do better. Overall I would recommend for the area. There's a variety of options on the menu. I ordered steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli.... My steak was rare, it was supposed to be medium well. The waitress had my whole order done over because blood was on mysides.The food was good. My kids had the tenders, they we fried a little too long (they were too dark for me but they ate them).The waitress kept the drinks filled. Read more

My husband and I went I got the Chicken Carbonara it was OK. I have been to Ruby Tuesdays twice both times food was subpar. This... particular Ruby Tuesdays our waitress was terrible. She barely checked on us, and when I asked her how several menu items whereshe stated she didn't like them. It got to point I was wondering why she's working there if she didn't like majority of items.We had to hunt waitress down for the check and a box. The salad bar was amazing! Read more
