On a good day this place would get five stars. However, good luck finding that day. Nine times out of ten whenever I come here... I get some of the most incompetent smooth-brained chimp-like rubes they call employees. They almost always manage to screw upwhat should be simple orders. It's just like spinning a roulette when you come here with only one winning spot on the board. Their blasts and shakes are delicious! I took off 1 star due to the wait time, duct tape on some of the equipment, and lack of... employee friendliness. A smile goes a long way and can make someone's day. Read more
My son & I had stopped at your establishment around to the exact 2:55 p.m. to purchase lunch , we drove up to the stall waiting... at the menu board over a good 15 minutes for someone to take out order only for an emplyee to come on speaker to tell us theyweren't taking orders at the stalls but yet there were other vehicles parked in the other stalls getting their orders, I haveworked in fast-food restaurants for many years and never seen such disrespect towards customers, I wouldn't be on here but thisis not the first time it's happened to me at your establishment, seems like evertime I go to your establishment I receive thisdisrespectful treatment, I will come back to your establishment 1 more time but if this treatment continues then I will take mybusiness elsewhere and I will not recommend your establishment to anyone I know to save them the disappointment of beingdisrespected by your workers. They had not been open too long and already had a backup of cars because there was only one employee working. When I tell you... they were working that window would be an understatement. They could have easily checked out but that professionalism was verystrong. Wish I could have did more other than been patience. Read more
Had a mobile order and still had to wait 10 minutes. Lunch break is only 30 minutes. I ordered 10 minutes before my break and... drove 5 minutes to the place. So good to say if you on lunchbreak don't go. Any other time you my get your food in 30 minutes ofwaiting. Read more
This place is horrible! Waited over 45 minutes for 3 drinks! Doesn?t even deserve one star! Pushed the button to let them know... we was still waiting on drinks and they didn?t respond back! Luckily a worker came out to deliver ice cream to someone else sowe could let her know we had been waiting 45 minutes for our drinks! A few minutes later she comes out with our drinks. Iordered a strawberry limeade and it tastes like straight up lime juice. Hardly any strawberries! Will never go back! ???????? Read more
