When we walked in the female just looked at us and stayed at the "pick up end of the counter" as we went to the register. Tyen a... man came out who was VERY helpful and took our order for that originally mentioned female to make for us. She must have beenknew or something because she forgot to put the flavors in our drink and honestly it was the grossest coffee id ever had. I wentback and another female wasnthere with them at this time and i told her what it tasted like, she remade my drink and viola... mydrink was now how it shouldve been from the start. Not too big of a deal, but when i drove to get starbucks thay day because itdbeen almost abyear since having any, and then this happened... it upset me. This Starbucks is trash, rarely gets orders correct, when order is correct it?s 3/4 whip cream or froth, and when you take the... drink back to get your money back they give you an attitude. Very poor service! Read more

If they aren?t out of absolutely everything they give you half full drinks for full price. This is about the 5th drink they?ve... handed to me like this. Don?t blame the shortage- you guys have been terrible about this for years. You guys do know there?scompetition in town, right? The staff is often condescending if you express any dissatisfaction. The service on my visit took about 15 minutes for a coffee. The drive thru line was around the building and the line inside was... out the door. The ladies working no doubt had their hands full! But I took the chance to chat with a fellow caffeine seekerthat helped the time fly. Read more
