Good service and the food was fresh and delicious.
I've been several times and ordered food. I normally do not post reviews, but this is getting a bit ridiculous. Over half the... stuff is "out" or not sold anymore or I don't get half my order. Check your bags before being "rushed through" drive through.It's seemed to have gotten worse since moving to the new location..... Taco Bell isn't the same ..... Update- Over a yearlater... I used to love taco bell however I had not been in a while until today and I wish I could go back in time and not go ! Got my... order wrong, I asked for chicken they gave me beef tried to eat what I had anyway but it was cold and disgusting even my drink,I wanted the mango freeze but they said the machine was down so I got a Baja blast soda and it was gross too idk.. I always wait in the drive through for 30-45 minutes. I'm in the drive through now and waited about 40 minutes so far, and... they've only gotten two of the three cars in front of me. Order is normally wrong, horrible. I really don't know why I keepcoming back. Read more
If I could give it no starts I would. Customer service is terrible. Management was very rude before I could even explain my... problem management dismissed me. I ordered 4 bean and rice burritos I received 1 bean and cheese and 3 bean and chipotle sauceoverload. All tortillas were old and falling apart. One of the beef burritos looked as if a bite was taken out of the corner.The beef tacos were so disgusting and paper thin flattened and greasy. Cinnabon delights were old grease sponges absolutely theworst experience food wise and customer service wise period. I tried to speak to the store manager no luck but the shift managerwas surely rude enough to where I decided no need to speak to the store manager at this point I will just leave a blatantlyhonest review. I was so shocked how rude the shift manger was, the only sunshine to this story is there was a nice guy workingthe window. He was so kind and tried so hard to make things right but unfortunately the food and the customer service after mineand his encounter together trumped any shred of positive feeling I have toward this experience. I could go on and on but what?sthe point. Also heads up if you go late at night they will be out of whatever they feel like they don?t want to cook. Everysingle time. And they will be rude about it no matter how pleasant you try to be. I am a store manager of a restaurant so Iunderstand how important customer service is as well as quality and consistency. I have been to several of these and not one gave me the experience I had here. The gentleman at the window didn't greet me or... smile. Food was pretty good I asked what the difference was between the regular and spicy wrap was and he simply replied one isspicy the other isn't. I ordered 2 Steak Chillupas they only gave me one saying that it is priced as two. They did this withouteven asking me if this was okay. I called and the response was they did that because their fryer is turned off. The other issupposed to be a 5 layer steak burrito. Read more
The food was excellent. The service was horrible. Upon approaching the DT speaker we were greeted with a mumbled, "just a... minute" after water about 3 minutes our order was taken, not repeated back to us nor a total given, just, "pull up". Afterwaiting behind another car for another few minutes we paid and then we're asked to drive around to front entrance area. Therewere 5 more cars there all waiting for their orders. We waited 25 minutes for our order, but were offered other customers mealstwice. Finally got our meal....no sauces, no napkins, no utensils, and no sauce. I went inside to get it myself....you guessedit...no apology. As a former Taco Bell manager, this crew would have been sent home for good, especially for the loud andplayful attitude noticed and.
