They do not listen to your order it gets screwed up then when you say something at the window they have attitudes about it

Waited to order on drive through for approximately 40 min. And when I got to order no one took my order so I go to window and... they explained me that per manager I have to drive around in line again I ask if they could just take my order it's only 2 wingsand things and they have to have it approved by supervisor which it was and drove to the arrow and waited another 20 min beforemy food was ready for me it took over an hour for fast drive through food. not good and only 2 fingers in one plate and 2 and1/2 fingers in the other ???? first time dissatisfaction at this location Read more

I like this Zaxby's better than others I have been too in nearby towns. Their fries are always perfect to me, and they usually... have the best sweet tea in town! I ordered on the app and chose the drive through option and after sitting in the line was told I would have to come in to get my... order because the new owners don't allow pick up though the drive through! The option should not be in the app if its notavailable. The lady who helped me inside was very nice and professional. I will order at the restaurant next time so i don'thave to go in. Worse zaxbys you'll ever go to. I love zaxbys. But i have made a point to avoid the one in vidalia. Even though I live right... down the road. The employees are rude and act as if they hate there job. And mad or upset that your there or something. I'venever been able to get food faster then 30 minutes. And have waited over a hr more then once. They constantly forget your food.I've been avoiding leaving a review. But me and some coworkers tried to pick up food again today.
