Family of 5 traveling through and went to drive thru. Ordered a 16 piece tender family meal. We didn?t check before we left but... got a small mashed potatoes not even filled up only half way. Only got a small box of fry?s and the wrong sauces! Don?t wasteyour time stopping here. $36 and definitely not worth it! Read more

I wasn't so thrill with the services. Customer Service was dry and when my food came up ,they didnt call my number or the food... out that was ordered. They were too engaged into a conversation with two guys whom they were about to give the food to untilsomeone said, "Oh thats hers.' By it being Louisiana I thought it would have been warm and friendly. I was just passing throughonto my new adventures. I guess I caught them at a bad time. Read more

You pay at window and are told to pull up and park in parking lot and food is walked outside to you. Line of cars always a mile... long wrapped around building and takes approximately 25 minutes to get order. Order always incorrect or shorted. Never havestrawberry jelly stocked. Only have spicy readily available 40-50% of time. Chicken always greasy/wet and soft vs dryer andcrunchy due to quick speed cooking after order is placed. Read more
This is the worst Popeyes ever! All of the food is undercooked. This shouldn't even be called Popeyes. Popeyes in Natchez is far... better. I would not recommend this one. Read more
