Everything we got was terrible! I used to love subway but I guess not anymore ???????????
This is the worst subway I have ever been to. Quality is ok at best, but ordering is like pulling teeth. We will have to go out... of our way to get a sub made right now. We have ordered several sandwiches from here and not once have our orders been right. Idon't mean the veggies are wrong, I'm talking about the extra money we have paid for no reason. Avocado every time, never gottenit. Pro meat, same or less meat than a normal sandwich and forget trying to customize the dressings or adding pepper. At thispoint we would save money going to a different sub sandwich shop.. Read more
None the employees ever wear masks, which is kind of normal now but still. service is relatively quick but no one has been very... friendly or catering since I started going. Read more

We stopped in subway in vidalia this afternoon and I was so shocked at the service I got! It was excellent!! The 2 black girls... working in there was so friendly and polite, we carried on a conversation and laughed and joked the whole time I was waiting onthem to finish my order. There was 2 other black customers in there and me being white and the way the world has become so meanand racist I didn't really except to be treated that well, but I tell you for about 10 minutes in subway the world wasn't racistagainst each other, we all 5 laughed, and joked talked about those raspberry cheesecake cookies and how good they are , and howwe love crawfish. Lol only Louisiana people understand those good crawfish. Lol I wish everyone black and white could get alonglike we did in subway this afternoon and those 2 girls working subway this afternoon need to give lessons to all fast foodworkers because they are some awesome, great outgoing women, who deserve a big pat on the back for going above and beyond tomake sure their customers have an excellent fast and friendly service with smiles on their face the whole time. I had the Tuna footlong it was amazing and the employees are great always smiling and making sure they get the order right
I usually just cross the bridge to go to the Natchez Subway. I should have did that today. He did not even heat up my chicken... before putting it on the sandwich. I only work 5 minutes away and my sandwich have was cold. My bread was tore up and did nottaste fresh at all. Unless a manager is on duty the employees do not do there job. They would rather finish there phone callthan to wait on a customer. Lesson learned once more. It's worth crossing the bridge to get better service. Read more
