Every bit of the food we ordered ended up in the trash. The chicken wasn?t cooked thoroughly and tasted awful! The Mac n cheese... was brown and the cheese was broken, it was a solid lump of nasty. The lobby was disgusting with food crumbs all over the place,lots of broken tables and chairs. The bathroom was the worst completely unusable. Do not eat here! They need to close down this location or hire competent staff with good customer service skills that's needed for fast food... location. I have been there 3 times, and each time they dont have fries....today at 3:45pm they gal at the registrar asked tocall the Store manager and lodge my complain...Zero customer service Read more
Absolutely horrible! I go to Popeyes in Brandon FL a lot because I love their food. This franchise was a disgrace to The Popeyes... Name. The Mac & Cheese was brown and smelled bad, the chicken was dried out, the gravy was weird tasting, nothing had ANY spiceat all & the biscuits were brown and hard as rocks. This location is in absolute disrepair. If I had not already placed my order on the app I would have turned around and left. It... literally looks like an abandoned building, including missing panels on the drive thru board. I was honestly concerned that Ihad just paid for food on the app and that the place was closed. However, they were indeed open. At the window I was told topull forward because my chicken strips were cooking; they said it would be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later (20 since I placed theorder) I got out of my car and went inside to get my food. The staff was nice enough but no one apologized for the wait at all.There were employees just lounging against the counter. I was very annoyed with the entire experience. The staff was niceenough, no rude comments were made, but it was definitely not being run how a business should be. The food was good, butthat?s about the only positive remark I have. Read more
Stopped here for a late lunch on our way home from vacation. The pop machine was filthy - and empty. Only water and sweet tea... from the back and the tea pitcher they were using was badly stained. Out of tenders and trays of chicken laying in the windowobviously had been there for some time. One booth was broken. Floors and walls were dirty and my daughter wiped down 7 dirtytables for us and two other families. Staff was unfriendly. Chicken was dry. Never stop there again no matter who votes forPopeyes! Love Popeyes chicken! This location was out of tenders and Mac n Cheese. Would not honor 11.99 meal for two that was advertised... on the wall, because "it had to be ordered through the app". We had stopped along a road trip. We parked and went in to order,and wanted to eat in the AC, but were told it was take-out only, although the door advertised that the lobby was open. If you want strong odor, filthy bathrooms, EXTREMELY rude customer service then go ahead and order at this location. The lady... was technically yelling at me while taking my orders. Ordered a family meal with 2 large sides and she did not even ask what Iwanted for the sides. My husband got so mad at the way she was treating/talking to us that we canceled the order and walkedright out. Absolutely did not miss the food because by the look of the place not sure how clean the food can be. Felt bad forPopeye Management for hiring such attitude & lazy workers who turn away their customers. 1 star is already a nice complement forthis location. Read more
Our chicken was Not Fully Cooked. The coleslaw was Not Fresh a little sour. The girls are very nice and Atmosphere was nice and... respectful. The place needs a deep cleaning seriously. Read more
