Came in late night. First time being at this location.The store was busy and I think the cashier his name was jean and Amy both... were in line doing such great teamwork. I ordered lunch online today at this Cava. My order was supposed to have been ready at 12:45. I was there at 12:45. The... restaurant was very busy, so I waited patiently and quietly. Meanwhile, there were other customers next to me waiting. Theemployee that was managing the front kept asking people all around me what their names were so he could make sure that theirorders were being taken care of. One lady who had been waiting, as I was, complained of her order not being ready. The managerexplained to her that she got there early and that her order wasn't due to be ready until 1pm. But, he made sure the she got ALL6 of her meals before my 2. Other people came in after me and he did the same thing. I also noticed that the ladies workingthe online order station kept shifting the tickets around. It appeared that they were not filling them in order. They all sawme. They looked at me every time they filled an order ahead of mine. I waited almost 20 minutes until I was finally asked whatmy name was. But, it was obvious. It was at the end of the rush before they felt that I was important enough to help. This isthe 2nd time that this has happened to me with this same lunch crew. I feel like I was being discriminated against, which isreally sad considering that the employees working there should know what that feels like. My money spends just as well as all ofthe people the got served before me. I love your food. But probably will not visit this store again. This Cava is amazing! ???? Me and my friend stayed in Tyson for one month and we basically go to this particular Cava every day... since it?s the healthiest option around. This is the pic of my braised lamb bowl after taking a bite. The portions are so low that half the bowl is empty even with many... toppings added. The lady gave me literally 2 pieces of olives and 6 crunchies. And thats the pita i got. The falafels aretasteless, very small - half the size they used to be, undercooked, whole chickpea and splits inside, doesn?t seems like realingredients. Very disappointing. The lady was busy making online orders with 3 other people while I was the only person waitingon line for some time. I've been hearing a lot about Cava lately (even from my sister in Texas). I finally tried it and ordered the Lentil Avocado bowl... (a curated menu item).
