Wasn?t super busy but had a handful of people in line. Get up to order, order our food and no black beans or queso, fine. Online... order comes in and says queso, they bring it right from the back and putout it in the container but wouldn?t give us any. Huh?After banter back and forth they finally give us a small cup but refused to give us a large for our large chips and queso. Ipaid for a large chips and queso, I get a large chips a queso. Lady had attitude the whole time. Then I sit down to eat and theydidn?t put the queso in the bag. I go back up to get it and she says it is in the bag. If I had it I wouldn't come back up totalk to you. So more attitude from her but gives me a small cup. Definitely need to not have this lady on the front end. Justreally ruined a fun Friday night. For a Chipotle that is located in Vienna, the staff is rude and does not ensure the order is correct. An order was placed for... double protein on the app. When the order was picked up, the meal was light. When the staff was nicely asked if it was doublemeat or not, they rolled their eyes and gave me a rude attitude as I told them double protein was charged (and should berightfully served). They walked away and begrudgingly remade the meal and couldn't even so much as look at me when I was handedthe meal. Perhaps - if the meal (along with all the upcharges) was made correctly the first time, then it would not need to beremade. And if you got it wrong, that's ok. You can always remake it - without the eye roll and without an attitude. ???? Andif you don't want to give the extra portions - don't charge for it or don't offer it. But if I'm paying for it, then Irespectfully and rightfully should be provided what I paid for. Read more
What a terrible experience. There was no line, yet the counter line moved slowly. Quantities given were extremely less than... other typical chipotles. I literally had to ask for more of everything (i.e. my salad bowl only had a small handful of lettucebed, then only half a scoop of corn, etc.) It was clear the store was trying to limit quantities, as the server adding fajita tomy bowl picked up a regular amount, then let go of half of it before transporting to my bowl. In addition, we had to navigatearound to find a clean table - we counted at least 8-9 dirty tables, none of which were cleaned during our meal either. This wasnot a case of short staff - there were plenty of staff behind the counter chatting with each other. Simply no one was assignedto cleaning the tables. Read more
rice was bland and just not good at all. someone went ham on the spices in the back because it was ridiculously spicy (and no... not the usual level of spice?to the max). they give you like 2 pieces of chicken and if you ask for more they take a spoonfuland shimmy out all the chicken until there?s a tiny sliver left, then they put it in the bowl. come on. it?s not like I?mgetting this meal for free, I?m paying money for it, I expect what I paid for. do not recommend. Really wish chipotle would give you the option to pay for extra cheese. It always goes ignored.
