There was a mix up of a hot and cold coffee. Same price. I kindly asked the batista to change it to cold but he rudely denied... and said it was my mistake and that he could not take the unopened coffee back. He eye rolled and was very rude. I was charged for it on the app and even had the receipt as well. One of the employees behind the counter toldme I needed to call the dunkin app number and didn?t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. I didn?t see a name tageither. I walked away angrily because this was my late breakfast before errands and now I was behind.
