There was a mix up of a hot and cold coffee. Same price. I kindly asked the batista to change it to cold but he rudely denied... and said it was my mistake and that he could not take the unopened coffee back. He eye rolled and was very rude. I was just at this Dunkin Donuts at 3:40 on Sunday. The gentleman who is working is working by himself. He is literally doing... everything. He is doing a fantastic job! I certainly hope his superiors take notice and reward him appropriately. Read more

I cannot give you zero stars so I give you a one. I asked for a nitro cold brew with foam. The man at the register asks what... size, I say medium. ?You can only get small? Not sure why I wasn?t just told that from the beginning I let it slide. A fewmoments later I get my drink and it?s not even filled halfway, sitting at the lowest line. Apparently, the only size I can getis an extra small. Never coming here again, which is a shame since my boyfriend and I liked to come here every Saturday andSunday before taking our dog to the park. Great corner coffee shop with plenty of seats inside and outside. Came in to get a latte but decided to get fancy and do the... caramel latte which was too sweet for my taste. Today 7-16-2021 time 7:22 am. I believe the guy was shift manager, he is extremely rude , no idea at all how to deal with... customer. No smile and don?t know how to explain politely for something. I was there to pick up order and it?s already paid forit and he was saying it?s not in the system and I have to place order and pay for it again. I ordered thru the Dunkin app at 11:59am and went to get my order at 12:24pm. The order was not there and they stated the order... was not received. I was charged for it on the app and even had the receipt as well. One of the employees behind the counter toldme I needed to call the dunkin app number and didn?t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. I didn?t see a name tageither. I walked away angrily because this was my late breakfast before errands and now I was behind. I love dunkin but thislocation?s service is hit or miss sometimes and the employees show no empathy or care for their customers. I never had issues atother locations. Read more
