Very disappointed with the service provider at this location. There are 10 people waiting for their items. The gentleman states... he doesn't have large cups and won't have them for another 2 hours . And states " you can order something else" . This isDisrespectful. When I was ordering, the gentleman states " you have to give me 5 mins to take your order " which isunderstandable... But in those minutes, he was struggling with doing the previous orders before mine . It's been almost 15 mins. And I still haven't received my order. Read more
I ordered with the app & it was ready when i got there 5 minutes later but it was the most watery coffee i ever had from dunkin... & there was part of the sugar packet floating IN my coffee!!!! Plus there?s only parallel parking (not like shown in googlephotos). Abysmal Read more

Terrible customer service! I am appalled how bad the management is. My simple order of iced coffee took 20 minutes and then my... friend ordered a sandwich that never came out. A lady that ordered after him got her meal first. I am huge Dunkin fan, and I'musually impressed at any location, but this place was real bad. Never going there again. Just your regular Dunkin offering the same donuts and coffee as any other Dunkin franchise, but it is conveniently located... around a residential area. It's not very busy like other Dunkins and you can expect the same quality and service as otherstores. Good for a quick donut and coffee if you don't feel like driving around to find breakfast. A Dunkin Donuts is a Dunkin Donuts, but this one just had weirdly not good service. I am confused when I order something... straight off the menu and the cashier looks at me like I?m speaking gibberish, then has to ask for help to know what I?m talkingabout. The parking isn?t great either. It?s just not a good location to stop in if you?re in the area. It?s probably better as afoot traffic spot for the people who live here or are here visiting some other place and happen to stop by. Read more
If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the worst Dunkin in the US. The workers are extremely rude and lazy. They... almost never have what you order and claim they can?t refund you. They laugh about the mistakes they make and act like it?s ajoke when your order was wrong. They can barely even understand what you?re saying unless they are just acting like it tocontinue to not do any work. Several times I have shown up to see them in the corner laughing and looking at me when I?m waitingfor someone to clarify why my order is wrong or missing something. The manager is somehow never available. The only reason Ihave continued to go here is because it is within walking distance, but it?s not worth it any more. The amount of money I havewasted by ordering and them not having anything to give me when I show up could start a new Dunkin franchise. This place is theworst. -100/10 Read more
