A fun little place with live music! Found them since an indie band ibfollowbwas there. Besides acting as a small scall music... venue, they so have an active music school as well. Pricing also seems in-line with other places in the area. Read more

It's been two decades since I've been, but last weekend was fantastic! The music was top-notch (Go see Rachel Levitin or Tony... Lucca,) and the place was awesome. The staff was friendly. Only complaint (which doesn't even remove a star) is how crampedseating at the tables was. I was fine squeezing in, but it was difficult getting in and out for the bathroom or other things.Overall, perfection. Read more

If you are over 60 years old it is a perfect live music bar for you. Concerts start at 19.00 and end at 21.00. so you can go to... sleep early. It is the only bar that you listen a rock concert by sitting on a chair (like watching a theater show) Apparently,The staff have lost their motivation and are not happy to serve. If your pizza is burnt, no one cares about it. Read more

Jamming Java is probably one of the most intimate and well run venues in the northern Virginia area. Service is always great the... sound is impeccable And Keegan is one of the best sound men I've ever met. If you ever get a chance and are in Vienna Virginiacheck out their calendar And do visit this great venue, Oh and they also have great pizza. Read more

Excellent intimate music venue right here in Vienna. There's ample parking for those originating further away. Come see, hear,... and if you are lucky, interact with the performers. Plenty of eating options nearby. Read more

Went to see some live music as I'm not caught up on my need to hear/see/experience it due the shut down caused by COVID-19. The... free concert was a Grateful Dead cover band called "Born Cross Eyed" so the crowd was obviously "Dead Heads". It was lots offun. The menu choices are limited as the place is really a pizza joint but being dinner time I enjoyed a light big snack ofloaded French fries which was plenty of food for me. They also do have a full bar unlike many of the breweries that have freemusic. Although I'm up-to-date with the music scene in the DMV area yet as a recently relocated back to the area after living inSF Bay area for over a decade I have heard that this place has big acts too that tour nationally. 31 years in Virginia, and I finally got to Jammin Java for the Chuck Prophet show on 11/7. Very intimate venue (~200), great... sight lines, and super sound. Didn?t get any of the wonderful-smelling pizza (next time), but did get beers from the bar in thelobby - mad props to Lana doing wonders behind the bar. Already scanning the schedule looking for more shows! Read more

Amazing place to enjoy some live music, pizza, and drinks. Jammin Java does not have a huge space but it offers a friendly... space for music lovers indeed. Furthermore, the food and drink service is outstanding. One photo below was taken inside therestroom, the wall of the restroom has been decorated, how artsy it is! When we were there last month, the local band on stageis the Nighthawks, the fun atmosphere is unbelievable, you have to experience it yourself. Read more
