It's no secret that most Japanese restaurants in the US are owned and run by Chinese, except maybe the really high end ones.... This one is no exception. The owner is a really sweet lady from Taiwan. Considering Taiwan was a Japanese colony for many years, this might be a good thing. The selection is plentiful, from sushi to ramen, and anything in between, which is also a veryChinese approach. In the end, the food was good, the price reasonable, will visit again if back in the area. Read more

4/5! Decided to try this place out with a friend for dinner as we were trying to branch out and see what other ramen spots have... to offer around this area. I can say, I'm a fan of this ramen spot. The Food: I went with the Kizuna Ramen and some sushi.Which had a pork stock and three pieces of chashu. Also had to top it off with the spice bomb to give it a kick. The flavor ofthe pork broth was delicious and the chashu was melt in your mouth pull apart. Overall, a very delicious bowl of ramen that iswell portioned. As for the spice bomb, it can get very spicy, so I'd recommend putting a little at a time in your bowl. TheService: The staff were friendly and the overall restaurant was very nice. There was plenty of seating during dinner and we wereseated almost immediately. There's also a patio that is very nice and lit, but it was a little too cold for our liking. Ordersgot out in a timely manner as well. Overall, 4/5! Great ramen/sushi spot. Read more

Great place for sushi, highly recommend the karage appetizer, the customers next to us told us to get it and I don't regret it... one bit. We also got the Seaweed Salad. Red Light Green Light Roll, Vegas Strip Roll and the Lox Japanese Style Roll. If everyou're in Tysons, check them out! Read more

I absolutely love coming here. The owner is SO sweet and she always brightens my spirit when she comes by to say hello. The... sushi is very good and I really recommend the Vegas and the red light green light rolls if you're into unique and flavourfulrolls. The spicy tuna and shrimp tempura rolls were also very good classics to have. The Uni wasn't for me as sushi, I muchprefer it as a dish with side of rice, and the tempura string beans were a perfect starter! - @SpicyAivy ? Read more

A bit pricey but the customer service and the food were great. I absolutely loved the matcha beer, which was an interestingly... tasty concept. The gyoza and the sushi were very good as well. Also, the atmosphere is quite lovely too. I especially enjoyedthe outdoor seating with the bamboo and pond. Read more

$30 lunch for Ramen and Sushi. Definitely worth the visit. Pros: 1. Great service: very friendly staff and my food came out at... a decent amount of time 2. Food Presentation: beautiful, elegant, and upscale. Check out the pictures 3. Pricing: very fair andworth it. Most places go overboard and charge a lot, especially the sushi. But I got a decently priced nigiri platter for highquality presentation. Cons: 1. Authenticy: I give it a 7/10. It doesn't downgrade the experience, but I'm pretty sure if Ibring a Native Japanese person here, he would make some comments. Otherwise, I like it and it's better than most places. 2.Taste: I give it 8/10. The Nigiri may look fantastic but for a few reasons I couldn't taste the fish. It was mostly rice, littlerice vinegar, and the garnishes ruined the texture and some flavor. Overall it was great, but I expect more. Ramen was average.Side dishes as well. On a Biased note, I visited many ramen shops, so my 8/10 rating stands that it is pretty good in comparisonto other ramen shops. Overall: it was worth trying with friends. In this case, I was alone to try it out and recommend it tofriends later. The experience is worth its value but not for its authentic "family" experience. Good job Kizuna, I will becoming back soon. Had a great dining experience recently here! Came for dinner Friday night—I called to make a reservation ahead of time—we... got seated right away. The restaurant is fairly small—very cute with their decor and lighting is bright. The owner camearound to check on guests, such a sweet friendly lady! Food wise: for appetizers, we got the Gyoza and Shrimp Tempura—theywere both good. For the entree, the Chicken Katsu was so delicious!! The portion was huge too—would def recommend this dish! We tried the Rock’s Lobster Roll as well—also great with big chunks of lobster tempura inside. Food prices are reasonableas well! Read more
