Lovely first visit. Good service and fine food. Great, gentle spicing. Mussels appetizers were nicely prepared and presented.... The special menu with lobster ravioli was a real treat. Butternut squash and goat cheese ravioli was a wonderfully tastysurprise. Only a fair second visit due to a mixup in the order resulting in very uneven food plating. Delicious ????. The pizza was great, the neapolitan crust was chewy. The lasagna was freshly baked.
Entering in, I was greeted by the owner himself, I asked him about the pasta selections and he informed me that all of the pasta... is made in house except for the gluten free pasta. They have large seating areas in multiple corners of the restaurant. Goodfood, but unfortunately all of the food for the table came out teped and not hot, including the pizza, pasta and chicken, it wasa pretty disappointing. The margarita pizza was a bit bland, I couldn't really taste the sauce at all, the dough was fine, itdefinitely wouldn't be my favorite pizza. The pizza itself needs some spices on it. This location has Lobster ravioli on themenu which I tried. It was absolutely delicious, had a sauce with some hard cheese cherry tomatoes and baby shrimp on top. Thebaby shrimp was flavorful and the best shrimp I've had at a restaurant. My biggest complaint is that it barely had any sauce onit and I was scrounging just to get little pieces on my ravioli which was not fun to do. For the pollo al marsala, it came withthin chicken filets. It was teped so by the time the meal was finished it had turned completely cold. The sauce was a bit thinbut still tasted alright. On top of that I barely saw my waitor and was unable to order drinks because no one came back to takemy order until the food was gone. and it took me a long time to get the check. I truly hope this was a one time issue with thecold food at this restaurant, I was very excited to try it for the first time and I'm sure this establishment can do better. Read more
They have a nice bar in the back that gets pretty active past 8pm. Prices for late night menu are reasonable, staff is friendly,... and there is a regular crowd of Vienna employees that come after hours. Would certainly recommend as a place to wind down. Read more
This is a truly first class Italian restaurant that has earned its foreign a half star rating from hundreds of reviewers. My... first visit recently with six friends found not a single dish poorly done which is pretty amazing. Everything was good toexcellent. The only complaint is the strange lack of bread on your (Italian!) table, you have to order garlic bread instead. MyAppetizer photo below is of the incredible carpaccio serve airy plainly with just lemon and olive oil so I did feel it needed atouch of salt but otherwise it was outstanding and beautifully presented. There's something about the food here that just lacks a kick. Most of the pastas that I've ordered, I felt needed more salt or... something. Their pizzas are good, but I think I'd prefer actual pizza places than Pazzo's pizzas. They're all very friendly atthe restaurant, but the entrees always leave me kinda unsatisfied. Read more
Found this place looking for some good Italian and man did I hit the mark. On a nice day, eating outside is a wonderful... experience. All the food was fresh, smelled great and was delicious. The service itself was 5 stars. I had the vegetable lasagnaand it was simply incredible. We also got the meatballs and crab chowder as an appetizer and they were fabulous. I ordered two pizzas take out, one pizza vegetiana and one margarita pizza. Both pizzas were delicious I paid about $30. ... Service was quick they took my order and my pizza came out 10 minutes later. This would be a nice place to dine in, I like theinterior it has old fashion Italian vibes with checkered table cloths.
