Hands-down the WORST falafel pita sandwich I've had! Perfect Pita couldn't be further from the truth. Not at all authentic. The... flavorless falafel was super dry and crumbly. The sandwich felt incomplete and surprisingly doesn't come with feta cheese or anyhummus or tahini sauce, which isn't even available! After paying 2 upcharges of $0.59 for a scant portion of the original androasted red pepper hummus to be slapped on my sandwich, I could barely taste them. The sandwich was super dry and left much tobe desired. The dense wheat pita didn't have the fluffiness that I was hoping for. The complementary chunky tzatziki sauce thatcame on the side was so thick that I couldn't easily drizzle it on and didn't taste fresh. Too bad I didn't receive any utensilsas a knife would have come in handy to spread the tzatziki sauce. Ended up using my fingers. ugghh! Not even all the tzatzikisauce could save the sandwich! To make matter worse, when I sat down outside at one of the tables in front of the restaurant,there was a large spiderweb. It looked like table hadn't been touched in a while. The falafel sandwich is a far outcry from thePerfect Pita. Total let-down for $9. I've had Perfect Pita on and off over the past decade since college and rooting for them.Maybe given them another chance? I'm finally throwing in the towel. With so many great sandwich options in the area withPotbelly's, Pike 7 Plaza, and the Boro - don't waste your appetite here. Read more
The employee (Spanish lady with blonder hair) who takes the orders is so rude. My co-workers and I called in our order ahead of... time. My co-worker picked it up and brought it back to our office. When we opened our food, we realized they gave us white pitawhen we asked for wheat. This was the third time this had happened to me so I called to let them know there was an error withthe order and she spent 10 min on the phone arguing with me that we told her the wrong thing. I mean who does that? Why would Icall to complain about an order if I ordered that in the first place? Makes no sense. After much back and forth, she asked if Iwanted her to make new ones and I said yes. She said give her 10 min and hung up the phone. When I went to go pick up the foodthe second time and voiced my frustration in person, she continued to argue with me while there were other customers waiting inthe lounge for their food. So unprofessional! They need to train their employees better. Anyone who works in the food industryknows...if the customer complains about their food, you apologize and make them a new one...not sit there and argue with themabout what they did or didn't do. This experience was unfortunate as our office goes there a lot for breakfast, but won't begoing much after this incident. Read more

This was the first place I've eaten while staying in the area. I loved how friendly and helpful the staff members were during my... visit. I loved the soft, yet firm texture of their pitas and couldn't get enough of their hummus! I ended up getting a tub of itfor the rest of my convention weekend! I would totally go again if I was ever in the area. I will say that they may need tofind a bigger space for more comfortable seating. Read more
