The managers at... this location are ridiculously rude and very unprofessional, especially towards White and Black Americans. Clearly thesehispanic managers support one another in their folly and evil acts! Blanca Hernandez, and Gina Garcia hold strong to their nastyand rude demeanor and disposition that awaits all non hispanics. On May 27th, 2022, I purchased a three piece spicy chickendinner. I elected to dine in, thinking I would save time as I had a report to complete that was due by end of day. 20 minutesinto my dinning experience, having consumed one of the three pieces of chicken, I realized the other two pieces were not spicy.So I preceded to the front counter, making known to the manager Gina Garcia/ Blanca Hernandez that I was given mild chicken bymistake. Not even God, the Almighty could have anticipated or predicted what would happen next. After bringing the matter to theattention of the manager, she became extremely defensive and offensive towards me, denying a replacement of said pieces ofchicken, as it was noted by the other customers in the store that she wanted to escalate the situation oppose to deescalatingit. At this point, I asked for a refund only for her to say that "I am not replacing the chicken, and I will not give you arefund". About to go off on this woman, one of the customers made eye contact with me, suggesting that the experience was notworth my time. So I left the store and called the police that the incident would be documented. Get this, the officer asked thewoman if she would be willing to refund me...her response, "NO"...Wow, imagine that! The managers at this store are immoral, letalone professional, electing to stick her chest out in utter arrogance and haughtiness! On Saturday night I have had the worst experience at Popeyes Vienna (325 Maple Ave E, Vienna, VA 22180). The manger (middle age... Hispanic Latino by the name of Peter). He did not great me at all As soon as I walked in he stared giving me a very bad attuited(was rude and very impolite) I had two coupon at the beginning he refused to use both of them than I have asked him why he wasnot able to explain finally he accepted to use one of them.
