I?ve gotten sandwiches from this location a handful of times and never had any complaints. Today I ordered online for pickup ,... which included a milk shake. I lost track of time and was 15 minutes late getting my food and figured the shake would be melted.But they were nice enough to keep it in a cooler so it was still perfect when I got it. We ordered veggie melt, pizza melt, Mediterranean sandwiches along with chocolate and strawberry milkshakes. The sandwiches were... fine but the shakes were very low on the flavours. They make it based off vanilla ice cream, a bit of milk and add syntheticflavour on top to blend it together. The flavours could have been stronger as the kids were trying hard to taste chocolate andstrawberry in what essentially felt like a vanilla milk shake. Read more
My husband and I ordered the combo soup and sandwiches and one ice teas which came to $31.00 oops. Someone can?t do the... register. So they had to correct. No other customers in this store for the confusion to happen. I order a BLT without avocadobut with cheese and Mayo. I had no Mayo and not even a whole slice of cheese. Two very small tomatoes and very little lettuceand one slice of beacon. My husband had the Italian with just one slice of meat. Very sad. The broccoli cheese soup wasexcellent and the vegetable soup was good. Our first and last time there. Check your order before you leave and your receipts. Read more
One of my favorite sandwhich places. Great location and friendly staff as well. I love these sandwhiches and they are delicious... and made with fresh, high quality ingredients. The hot peppers here are the BEST, and you can buy them in jars to take home.They are quick here and this is a great place to grab lunch in Tysons. Came here for lunch with my husband and ordered the wrong kind of Turkey sandwich than what I thought I was ordering. I went... back to reorder a new sandwich (and was planning on paying for it), when the GM approached me and said he overheard me askingabout the different kinds of Turkey, and that I ordered the wrong thing before. He said not to worry the sandwich I was on them,and he wanted to make sure I got what I was hoping for. It was really nice and showed that they genuinely care that theircustomers are satisfied with their meals. Thank you so much for your customer service. You guys are awesome! Potbelly is my favorite sandwich shop. I always order the chicken and cheddar on white with bacon mayo and lettuce. The service... is fast, and the employees are kind. I?m also a fan of the broccoli cheddar soup, but today I?m trying the chicken pot pie soup.Good drink selection. They also have tasty desserts like cookies and brownies.
