Spicy Chicken Ramen dish was adequately spicy (not too hot), Fried pork roll was delicious, and the kimchi had a nice soft, yet... crunchy, texture while spice and flavor was very good. Portions were good as i left satisfied and not too full. Service wasquick at lunch, parking availability was VERY tight (reason for -1 star). There is parking behind the building, but it's stilltight. If you drive and can't find a spot it's better to park across the road at the shopping center. I was happy to notice that this Ramen shop has opened as I was in the area for a concert at Jammin Javas and needed a bite to... eat. I also happened to be with a friend who does not eat pork, so the fact that they serve Ramen with chicken broth was a plus.The servers were great at explaining the menu and the different options. Food: Fantastic. Non-traditional (you won't find tonkatsu on their soft opening menu, which speaks volumes). Excellent flavor... with a flair toward street food in it's presentation. Generous portions. Excited to try their other broths. Ambience: Closeyour eyes and tell me you don't feel more like you're in a bustling crowd enjoying food on the streets of Japan. Greatatmosphere. Seating isn't extremely comfortable, but this doesn't appear to be the kind of place you chill at for hours at atime. Come in for the food, come back to relive the experience. Overall excited to see this place in Vienna. I'll be backoften and hungry. I wrote this review while in their soft launch. There are some issues, but nothing you wouldn't expect from asoft opening.
