Popped in slightly after lunch to place an order. Noticed the young lady pushing a mop/mop bucket with gloves on. Asked her if... she was cleaning and she stated that she was not BUT was about to. Informed her that I would feel much more comfortable if Isaw her change gloves and then wash her hands. She complied!!!???????? #foodsafetymatters Not exactly a full cup however, I'mgrateful that she complied. Read more

I've never seen such terrible customer service in my life. They clearly hire ANYONE. Not only was the staff beyond rude and had... absolutely zero sense of hospitality but my smoothie was disgusting. It tasted like all the fruit in it had gone bad, completelyundrinkable. When I called back to ask about how to go about getting a refund the boy on the phone was just as bad as the girl Iencountered at the store. Would NEVER give this place my money ever again. I have been a consistent customer and have been drinking smoothie king for a really long time now. But the experience I had... today was terrible and actually humiliating. At this location (1501A Cornerside Blvd, Vienna, VA 22182), today at around 7:30PM, the girl who took the order was so ignorant at first. I asked her to make a smoothie with light ice since it was for mymother who gets cold easily, which was completely ignored and gave me a normal iced smoothie. When I went back to complain aboutthe same, she was so arrogant and told me that she?ll make me a smoothie without any ice then and gave me a 20 oz cup filledalmost to a quarter. I?ve never had someone speak to me in such a disrespectful manner let alone when it wasn?t even my faultand to a place which I loved until now. I?d really want to see what the management does about this and if this issue can beescalated to the manager of the store. Read more

Every time I come to the Tysons location, the staff has consistently been bad. Customer service is terrible. Staff (young... woman at register and young man blending the smoothies) is slow when there are no other customers around. Not friendly at all.The smoothie tastes lackluster. This time, it tasted as if it wasn't given enough time to blend the ingredients, etc. Prefergoing to another location. Read more

Just left the place. Service is less then 0 star. We walked in and the 2 ladies who were working didn?t even turn their head to... see who walked in or to say Hi. If I didn?t call their attention we would probably still waiting for them. They definitelyhate their job! Read more

Horrible staff. The young girl at the register had no idea what she was doing. She asked me if I wanted my smoothie activated,... but when I asked her what she meant she couldn?t even say anything. The other guy working there had to point out that she wasthinking of the wrong smoothie. Speaking of the other guy, this man chewed out an older customer for simply standing in frontof the smoothie pickup area. His argument: ?you?re blocking the area for other customers? (no one else was around him). Bothemployees are in dire need of basic training. Read more
