Its a beautiful store. The employees were friendly and no one was in the store it was pretty empty but they didn?t fill my cup... properly and I ordered a venti. I always stop by this Starbucks on the way to the Greensboro Metro. Very convenient location. Fast, clean, and good service.... Never had a problem. Shout out to Tiffany! She was patient and understanding when I fumbled over my order and my tap notworking today. Thank you Tiffany :-) Read more

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Worst Starbucks customer service I?ve ever had. Just got back from an international trip... and It took me longer to get a drink at this Starbucks location than to go through immigration. The time wasn?t the only problembut the attitude from the cashier especially. Every single person that arrived after me got their drink before me as well aswere called by their name to claim their drink. When I purchased my drink the cashier didn?t ask the size I wanted it - firstmistake. Then, after asking him a couple of times If he had put my name on my drink I still was not called by my name andapparently my drink was sitting there for a while. However, If the supervisor would like see through the cameras he will confirmI was there the whole time. I didn?t go to the restroom, I wasn?t on the phone, no distractions, nothing. The person who orderedbefore me, Mr Michael got his drink and for his surprise, It wasn?t the way he asked for. He complained to the cashier as wellbecause they put whip cream on top of the drink when he asked them not to and the cashier asked him If he wanted arefund. Guys, a refund for a $5 drink is nothing. The worst is the time wasted, my hour is not worth $10. I waited for 30minutes and nothing. He offered me a refund with an attitude and I told him he wasn?t the one supposed to be frustrated overthere. I deserved at least apologies. I left without the drink, after 30 min wait and with the refund and a horrible experience.I?m absolutely never getting a drink from that location ever again.
