This Taco Bell routinely screws up orders and the staff tend to be totally clueless when you ask them to correct any mix-ups.... The manager is very rude and generally just runs around yelling at the other employees, which seems completely unhelpful. Avoidthis location like the plague! Read more
Very unprofessional employees. One manager was yelling at another employee in front of customers on the lobby about taking too... long in the bathroom and that other people were waiting. There were other people that could have helped. Just barking demandsand being disrespectful to other team members. She kept going on and ridiculing them I felt bad for that person because they didnot look well. This was around 12:05 pm on 10/20/22. Whenever I come here one thing or another is wrong with my order. It shouldn?t be that hard to read a screen. Update: after... noticing they messed up my order I called to let them know I was on the way back to get it fixed (this was 15 min before closebut if you don?t want people coming back maybe don?t mess up the order so badly) and I was told they were already closed. Ordered $30 worth of food here for 2 people. Mine specifically was a Crunchy taco supreme and a quesadilla. I?ve ordered this... meal for many years and have always been full and unable to finish. Today, Taco was made wrong though my only request was thatit didn?t have tomatoes-they put tomatoes. Both quesadilla and taco were so thinly made that the taco tasted as if I were onlyeating lettuce in a shell. Half the quesadilla had no chicken in it. After thirty dollars, I was still hungry?. I placed a order on 6/11/22 and while I was eating I found pieces of hair in my food. I called into the store and spoke to an... employee who stated she would speak to the manager and I could come in the next day to pick up a new order. I went in andordered, got to the window, and the manger proceeded to tell me that only one of my burritos had hair in it so she was onlygoing to replace that item. DO YOU TRULY THINK I ATE THE OTHER 2 ITEMS WHEN I FOUND HAIR IN THE FIRST ONE! After 20 minutes in line we moved twice, 10 minutes per customer... it's not fast-food. I walked to the window and tried to talk... to them, but they weren't even listening, just being rude to me, the worst fast-food I visited. Read more
I was left guessing whether an employee had washed his hands after using the bathroom. The guy went in and came out too fast... from the toilet. I would suggest a huge poster be placed in the bathrooms for employees to wash their hands regularly and alwaysafter using the bathroom. Read more
