First, tropical smoothie as a chain is delicious. Decent food, great smoothies. Second, a note on this particular store.... Management should be very proud of their business and especially their staff. They are the textbook definition of efficiency.They are well trained and seem happy to work there. I have officially become a regular. Most of the staff know my order now and some know me by name. I have become a regular... because the Bahama Mama and ham on 9 grain bread are killer. Smoothy and sandwich are always perfectly made and terrificflavor. All ingredients are high quality, fresh and you can tell they are made with care. Definitely one of my favorite places to come to for a quick, healthy snack. The store is always clean and the staff is always... pleasant to deal with. This time however they went above and beyond for me. I had accidentally ordered online from a differentlocation. Once I came in, manager Mari was quick to help me out by calling the other store, canceling that order, and quicklyhad it made for me! I order pick-up from this location almost on a weekly basis, and I've always had a great experience. In the past two years, I've... had my order made wrong twice but I never told them of the issue so I can't fault them, as I didn't give them a chance tocorrect it. My go-to is an Avocolada with a Southwest Breakfast Wrap, and it is perfect to me. This is a great location-convenient, clean, and friendly employees. Read more
Great customer service. My wrap was delicious and so was my smoothie. However, the pricing is ridiculous. I had a coupon and... still spent $10. If I had not had the coupon I would've spent $13. That's way too much money for lunch! Good restaurant andpeople but it's not something you can get everyday. Read more
